Nate was an awesome help on the phone to assist in getting the appointment set up. Jacob the technician took phenomenal care of my car and the entire process was flawless. Took excellent care of my S2000 and really went above and beyond in customer service, especially when I wasn't able to answer the phone the first few times.

Truly the definition of going above and beyond. One of their associates wasn't able to contact me to due a misconfigured notification setup, but regardless, perservered for 30 minutes and eventually ended up contacting me. The wheels were mounted flawlessly and balanced properly for my S2000.

On vacation from NM, walked out of a hotel in Mesa, AZ to see my GMC Sierra Elevation up on blocks. Dealership said we can install new wheels and tires but you have to get it to us. My wife found Lugwrench Heroes and called them. They put me on the next available appointment. Owner of the company comes out. It was 114 degrees in a blacktop parking lot. I didn’t time the man but he wasn’t on site long. New tires and wheels installed and sensors programmed quickly and professionally. Just like that vacation saved.
