They are always on time and very knowledgeable, have been using them for the last 6 months, first for new tires and 4 rotations after that, last one they rotated the tire on the wheel, and my vibration problem went away.

100% LugWrench is legit, we had an emergency with our service van and they were out in less than 30 minutes, all said and done within an hour, highly highly recommended
