Fantastic service! He gave me a two-hour window as a CYA, because you never know, right? And he was a bit early. YES! I had a corroded rim and he took it into his van, buffed out the corrosion, and it was fixed! Then he raised the pressure in all tires to 40 psi for my drive from AZ to OH. Considering that he brought a fully equipped truck right to my car and fixed it the price was very reasonable. LugWrench Heroes Mobile Tire Shop was awesome! I will use them again! Oh, let everyone know that Public Storage charged me extra for having a flat tire when I was out of the United States. Slow leak. Outrageous. What does a flat tire cost them? Chiselers. I am on a campaign to trash them for that anywhere I can. I think Public Storage is unethical. Just because it is "in the contract" may make it legal but it certainly doesn't make it right and it absolutely is not ethical.

LugWrench came highly recommended by a friend with a modified car as well and he’s been using them for a few years now and I experienced why. Scheduling was quick, rates were comparable to others but the convenience of the mobile service is what sets them apart along with expertise. Noah showed up early and talked to me about my car to make sure he knew what he could do and not do since my car is on air suspension and is widebody. Everything else was automatic. Their vehicles are setup to handle more than my tiny tires, they can even do tracker trailer tires. He was professional, friendly and had my wheels dismounted, flipped, balanced and remounted in no time. I’ll be sure to use them again and request Noah!
A O, we love knowing that our customer referrals are still going strong! Noah is an expert in serving modified cars like yours and we're glad he provided a top-notch service. You can request him anytime! Your review means the world to us. Reach us at (602) 492-8495 or nate@lugwrenchheroes.com for your future tire needs. -Nate
Had such a good experience with LugWrench heroes. Anthony was super helpful, talked me through the best options for tires for my Tesla model X with staggered set up. He did research for me on new wheels and best prices. He sent a tech out that evening, Angel, who was there on time and done in about an hour. Couldn’t believe it. Recommending to all family and friends!
