They did a phenomenal job. I needed a whole new set of tires while not being available while they were present. They managed to source the tires, come early, and get it done within 1.5-2 hours. They even put my spare tire back under my truck which is no easy feat. They literally made it so I didn't have to do anything

I found LugWrench Heroes during the pandemic. I bought a car from a friend and it needed new tires. Sitting in a waiting room was out of the question. Nate was essentially a one-man show at the time. Fast forward and I have a slow leak in my back rear tire due to a nail. When I called, I was greeted by a nice woman who quickly got me scheduled. They have multiple trucks now and Nate just happened the be the closest. He was at my house within an hour! I was impressed that he remembered me and we had a nice chat while he made the repair. I love supporting small businesses and especially seeing them succeed<3 Unlucky me got a slow leak again recently, and this time Chris came out. It was the same great service! Note: I think a lot of people are loyal Discount Tire customers because of the warranties. LugWrench offers the same even though they are small and local. I used it to get my tires repaired!

What a great experience! I had been putting off getting new tires for almost 2 months. The thought of spending half a day or more sitting at a tire shop killing me. Then I meet Nate from LugWrench Heros! Simply went online choose my tires and picked a date. A very helpful friendly person called me confirm everything. This morning I went to work hoping my tires would give me one more day. I did tell you I was putting this off a while. My technician showed up right on schedule. He showed my new tires in the back of the van and I went back to work. 40 minutes later he was done. How freaking simple. Why didn't I do this sooner.
